Facility description
This charming, well equipped house, surrounded by lush greenery, is the best outing place in the summer (bicycle paths, Olza river – at a distance no longer than four hundred metres from the house, forests full of mushrooms) as well as in the winter. There are a few ski lifts three kilometres from the house (illuminated slope, the possibility to rent equipment and hire a trainer, good conditions even as late as April).
Residential building, available for rent all year round, for 12 people (more people can come with the owner’s consent), situated in a beautiful area, secluded, panoramic plot – 3300 m2, 700 metres from the centre of the town, very good access by road (also during the winter), garage and a parking space on the plot (three parking lots), big roofed terrace. Usable floor space (without the garage) amounts to 105 m2.
On the ground floor there is a vestibule, twin bedroom, a big living room with a fireplace (TV-set, Polsat), double bed-settee, kitchen with a dining room, pantry (connected with the garage) and a bathroom (with a toilet, shower cubicle and a washing machine). You will find everything you need in the kitchen: a dish washer, a fridge, a microwave, a cooker with an oven, an espresso coffee maker, a food mixer, a slicer, a toaster, dishes and cutlery, as well as washing-up liquids, espresso coffee maker's filters, dish washer's refills and so on.
On the first floor there is one bedroom with a big double bed (and a separate door to the bathroom), two twin bedrooms - one with nuptial bed (additionally, in both twin rooms you will find an elevated platform, which can provide two extra sleeping places each), one bathroom (with a big corner bath and hair dryer), and a hall with a TV-set and a sofa for two people. The house is heated by a fireplace and additionally there is electric heating.
The plot is very interesting and attractive. There is one sports field, a playground for children (with a swing and a sandpit), small cable railway (70metres long), a place for a bonfire, a barbecue and a beautiful gazebo. If you like walking you will find there nice paths with lights on both sides and benches to sit on if you are tired. Guests will have two bikes at their disposal. Also they will not pay additionally for things like: bedclothes, towels, toilet papers, water and wood for fireplace.
The Istebna township is a wonderful place if you like walking. There is a unique microclimate and for that reason this place is recommended by doctors for people with upper respiratory system problems. There are many restaurants in the centre of the town, where you can find delicious and affordable food. There are also many well stocked shops. At a distance no longer than 3 km there is a swimming pool (indoor – its size:8x25m) and at a distance of 15km there is an Aquapark.
